This is what happens when Dad gives you a bath.

I'm a sucker.

I'm sure you are wondering what this big ol' box is all about.

I am wondering the same thing.

It is my birthday present from Tim.

He's going to give it to me tomorrow at the party we're having at my parents house.

Let me explain.

He knows I'm a sucker for surprises.

So he taunts me.

He knows I won't look at it because I want to be surprised. 

So he puts it in plain view. 

I could turn it around and see the shipping label.

He even opened it, so I could just look inside the box.

But I won't.

It just sits there...

And torments me.

PS. How much do you want to bet he doesn't wrap it?

My husband is full of surprises.

Valentines Cookies

This year we decided to stay at home for Valentines day. In fact, now that I think about it, we usually stay at home. Restaurants are too busy around Valentines. Plus I like spending the holiday as a family. We made a nice dinner (Chicken and Broccoli casserole! Yum)! and then we helped Tyler decorate cookies to give to his grandparents. Tyler loved "painting" cookies, as he called it. He keeps asking to make grandma more cookies. You can see how hard he was concentrating in some of the pictures. He took the task very seriously.
