Tyler had a really great 2nd great year. He learned a lot, made a few really good friends, and had a wonderful teacher. The last couple of weeks of school were jam packed with fun activities...
Tyler at the "Art and Author Night" at his school where the kids could show off their masterpieces from Art Class and the books they wrote.
Tyler wrote a book about some of the things they did during second grade. He did a really good job, and we especially loved the "Meeting the Author" page.
The last week of school, Tyler also participated in the school's mini marathon race.
Jaxen came with me to cheer Tyler on. They blasted some music while the kids were waiting the had the kids dance. Tyler has some really sweet moves.
So does his fun Teacher, Ms Mehler.
He ran really hard and did a great job!
After they finished, they let the younger siblings race, which Jax was stoked about.
Tyler decided to run with Jax.
They had fairy tale day, where they came dressed up as fairy tale creatures...
It was the same day as the mini marathon, so a wolf hat was the extent of our efforts. It helps when he stands next to Little Red Riding Hood.

I could only come for a short time, but I did get to watch Tyler successfully dunk some poor sixth grader in the dunking booth.
The last day of school! He has grown up so much!
His class had a Luao where we watched a slide show of the year and had some treats.
They also did the limbo.
